In this video, you will be given a step by step guide to use a nasal spray to treat the allergic symptoms like sneezing or a runny nose. Shake the bottle well before using the nasal spray. Blow nose gently. Remove cap of the bottle and keep its tip between your index finger and middle finger with thumb at the bottom. If you are using this nasal spray for the first time or have not used it for a week or more, then examine it by spraying it away from you in the air. To use the spray, close your one nostril with your finger and tilt your head forward, now put the tip of the spray into your other nostril. Remember to point the nasal tip towards the corner of your eye and not towards the center of your nose as it could lead to bleeding. Breathe slowly through nose and spray gently into the nostril. Exhale slowly through mouth. If you have been prescribed the 2nd dose then repeat all the above steps. Repeat the same procedure in your other nostril as well.
